If you answered yes to the questions above, we would love to have you join as a member of our collective.

There are benefits to becoming a member of the Farm Service.

The goal of the collective is strong purchasing power to help keep your prices competitive.

Membership Requirements

  • Be a retail rural enterprise in Western Appalachian Mountain region(PA,WV, MD, VA and OH)
  • we do not service internet sales without prior approval
  • we do not service online third party marketplaces such as Amazon, Sears or Walmart
  • Satisfies the primary supplier requirement percentage(varies by store) of all warehouse items carried in the store are purchased from The Farm Service
  • Keep account in good standing by demonstrating regular payment schedule (in full/approved credit)
  • Possess basic equipment (cash register or equivalent)
  • Have pallet unloading capabilities or set up other unloading procedures with the Farm Service office
  • Maintain a minimum average of weekly/monthly purchases (amount determined by the Farm Service office)
  • Orders will be paid by credit card/Check/ACH unless credit is approved by the Farm Service office
